WHAT IS PLAYKARMA?
PlayKarma is a reward app that lets you earn Cash/Gift Cards (Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, etc) for spending time playing games. The more time you spend, the more you earn.
For cash payouts, we send you a PayPal payment. All you need is a PayPal email address and we'll make the payment to you between 24-48 hours from the time of your redemption.

Our partner (offer provider) controls the offers you see and they have a sensitive fraud detection system in place. To prevent your account from getting flagged:
- Don't use VPN - this will most definitely get you flagged
- Don't reinstall the playKarma app.
- Don't reset your phone or device identifiers or clear the app data
- Don't sign into another device unless you have to (You got a new device)
Additional Note: If you use another reward app with Playtime features, you could get flagged as well.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ACCOUNT IS FLAGGED
- You'll see fewer offers (or none)
- Points values of offers will drop significantly
Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do to reverse this. We cannot change the status of your account - we only display whatever offers are sent to us.
Our suggestion is to wait a week or two and check if everything goes back to normal. For some users, accounts go back to normal after a while, for others it stays that way (this is especially the case for VPN uses)
WHY DO I HAVE TO ALLOW USAGE PERMISSION IN ORDER TO USE PLAYKARMA?
This is required because our partners/advertisers uses the info to recommend apps that you will be most interested in. It is also used to verify the amount of time you spent playing in the apps you've dowloaded to properly issue the rewards.
HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
When you open PlayKarma, a list of recommended apps are shown under "RECOMMENDED APPS". Install an app and start playing with the game to earn rewards. Once you meet the time requirement, you will receive your reward.
After you install the app, the app will appear under "INSTALLED APPS". You can continue to earn rewards for that app as you continue to play with it and meeting the time requirements.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN EARN FOR EACH OFFER?
Yes, typically, the highest level you get reach is around level 37. After this, you will stop earning rewards for that offer
HOW SOON DO I GET REWARDED AFTER I PLAY THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF TIME?
Typically you'll receive the rewards very quickly (within minutes). As you progress to higher levels where the time required becomes much longer, it can take bit more time.
Please give it at least 24-36 hours before writing us.
I AM NOT RECEIVING MY REWARD
1) If you've played the specified period of time and have not received a reward, please wait 1-3 days before contacting us as there could be some delay.
2) If you did not receive points for an install offer from the Bonus page (ex: Install + reach level 5). Email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide:
- Screenshot of the offer
- Screenshot proof that you've completed the offer
- Your username
WHY HAVE MY POINTS BEEN REDUCED (see IMPORTANT NOTE above)
If you notice you are getting reduced number of points, it is likely that your account has been flagged by our partner's system.
I AM NOT SEEING ANY NEW OFFERS
- New offers are recommended to you frequently. If you aren't seeing any offers or aren't seeing new offers, check back in after a few days.
- It's possible your account has been flagged by our partner's system (see above)
HOW ELSE CAN I EARN REWARDS (1 of 3)?
Click on the Bonus button and you'll access a page where you can do daily check ins and watch videos to earn rewards. We'll occasionally also add special offers in there for additional bonuses.

We have a super generous invite reward system. Simply click on Invite in the navigation and you can get your referral link, QR code, etc.
HOW ELSE CAN I EARN REWARDS (3 of 3)
You can earn THOUSANDS in extra rewards by earning achievement badges (you can view them in your Profile page)
HOW DO I VIEW MY EARNINGS HISTORY?
You can view your earnings history by clicking on your points.

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED
If your account is inactive for over 1 year, we will send you a reminder to log back in within a few days. If you do not do so, we will encrypt your email, username and delete your IP and device info from our system and the account will be forever deactivated.
MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED
Our system will suspend your account if it detects fraudulent activities: changing device identifiers, invite reward fraud, using emulator, fake accounts, etc.
